Advance and same-day bookings

Most journeys are booked in advance, where a confirmed price and a named driver matter most: early-morning departures to Birmingham Airport, hospital appointments with a fixed admission time, and client collections from Coventry station.

Same-day and short-notice bookings are also accepted. Call the office and we will confirm availability immediately. Where a vehicle is free, the same fixed price and named driver apply.

As a private hire operator we work by booking rather than by rank or app, so availability is confirmed at the time of booking. Every journey is priced before travel and the agreed figure does not change.

Coventry station transfers

Coventry station sits on the West Coast Main Line, so the platform empties in one go and the rank empties with it. A pre-booked car is already there with your name on it.

We watch the train, not the clock. If the 18:42 from Euston runs forty minutes late, the pickup moves with it and there is no waiting charge for the delay. Same on the way out: we build in the walk from the drop-off to the platform rather than leaving you to run it.

Common ones: station to the Building Society Arena, station to the university, station out to Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth, and station to Birmingham Airport for a connecting flight.
